Confidentiality Policy

Nararene Israel’s mission is to fulfill the Great Commission by making genuine disciples of the true, original faith of all nations. And that requires a lot of preaching, teaching, and sharing of Yahweh’s truths. (In as many languages as possible!)

Mattityahu (Matthew) 24:14
14  And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

However, as Yahweh’s word also says, there are times where confidentiality, discretion, and prudence are necessary. And ministry-based business discussions is one such example.

Mishle (Proverbs) 11:13
13 A talebearer revealeth secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.

Mishle (Proverbs) 2:11
11 Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee:

Leadership:
The Nasi and the BDG council are responsible for a lot of big decisions. After all, we are literally working toward setting up a global operation! And that doesn’t happen without a lot of serious planning and a lot of pertinent decision making. While the Nasi and the members of the BDG council are imperfect human beings (saved through the grace of Yahweh Elohim and His Son Yeshua HaMashiach), the council consists of Spirit-led disciples all seeking to do our Father Yahweh’s will. Meaning that decisions are made with diligent prayer, by listening in the Spirit, and by seeking to do Elohim’s will. (We cannot do it without Him leading! And we rely on His wisdom, not our own.)

Confidentiality:
Like any organization, confidential ministry-related matters will be discussed at office level. These discussions are to remain confidential between the appropriate council members and are not to be shared outside of leadership unless otherwise permited. Examples of confidential conversations include (but are not limited to):

  • Discussions in the BDG council meetings.
  • Sensitive matters discussed via email conversations.
  • Certain conversations between leadership.
  • Any material marked as “confidential”.
  • Any personal data used inside Nazarene Israel for identification purposes.
  • Financial matters.
  • Matters determined as confidential by the Nasi.

Examples of breach of confidentiality include but are not limited to:

  • Council members sharing sensitive information with non-council and/or non-disciple members without Nasi authorization.
  • Sharing a confidential material to someone other than the Nasi and/or BDG council member without authorization.
  • Misuse/sharing of confidential personal data with a member other than the Nasi and/or BDG council without authorization.

Results of failure to adhere to confidentiality principles may include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Personal developement training by member as assigned by Nasi.
  • Dismissal from NI leadership
  • Dismissal from NI Discipleship program
  • Dismissal from NI-offered fellowship programs

Summation:
In summary, this policy is meant to explain that not all decisions will be discussed publically. Nazarene Israel ministry does not follow a “we the people” or a “do as thou wilt” motto (where every person’s own way has a right to be applied). But rather, Nazarene Israel follows a “Do as the Father Wills” motto (where it is His Spirit that leads, not our own flesh). Thank you for your prayerful support as we seek to listen to and follow His voice in all matters. Your prayers signifcantly support this work.

Timotheus Aleph (1 Timothy) 2:1-3
1  I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2  For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3  For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
